However no person can apply for the insurance without fulfilling certain conditions and requirements. Company branches based out of US with the main work base being US are also entitled to this insurance. Another condition is that there should be a minimum of three employees who satisfy all requirements of the plan. Children below 19 years of age and spouses can apply for this insurance. Here the residential status is not considered.
