What is conversational hypnosis? First let us understand the principles of hypnosis. Hypnosis is nothing but an induced state of relaxation. In this state the subject is relaxed and hence does not have any perceptions or guards. In this deep state of meditation, the subject is made to overcome all the inhibitions and hence can work out the solution.
Conversational hypnosis is nothing but practical hypnosis. This is a hypnosis technique based on establishing rapport with the subject and confusing and then offering a suggestion to the subject which you would like the subject to follow.
