Nothing is quite as devastating to a woman as realizing that her husband has been unfaithful. For most women it comes as a bitter and unexpected shock. If you believe that your marriage is built on a foundation of honesty and that your vows are unbreakable, it’s almost unbearable to consider that your husband has been intimate with another woman. Most women have a deep sense of intuition when it comes to their spouse and can automatically recognize small clues that something may be amiss.
Depending on the type of husband you have married there can be many signs that he is cheating on you. Some of these are subtle and some of them are more obvious. If you suspect that your husband is being unfaithful on you with another woman it is important that you recognize the many signs of adultery and take the measures you feel are necessary.
In this article I’m going to go over five signs that you should look out for if you think your husband is cheating on you, do not ignore these signs. Before I begin I must point out how important it is that you pay attention to any change in your husband’s behaviour, which may mean that he is cheating on you.
The first sign is fairly obvious, and most woman will notice it straight away. This is if your husband has stopped wearing his wedding ring! When you questioned him about this he may say that he has forgotten to put it on, or that he has misplaced it. This is often quite telling especially if he comes home at night without it.
The second sign is also a kind of obvious. If your husband has recently changed his work schedule, from a standard 9 to 5, and is now working late more often or going out of town on business, you should be wary. Unless your husband has recently been promoted there is a high chance that he is cheating on you.
You should keep a close eye on your finances, and pay particular attention to husband’s credit card or cheque account. Most married couples have a shared bank account and it would be relatively easy to keep an eye on any new expenses. If your husband has recently received a credit card in his own name and can give you no good explanation why, you can take this as more evidence that he is hiding something from you.
Does your husband normally take the family car to work? If he does this in normally cling that on a regular occasion? I know I don’t. If your husband is having an affair there’s a good chance that he will take his new mistress in the family car at some point. If you notice him cleaning the car more often you should be suspicious that he is trying to clean up any evidence he may have left behind, such as lipstick or make up belonging to his new lady. He may also take out all the children’s toys and anything belonging to you so that his new mistress does not know that he has a family.
The last and often most telling sign that your husband isn’t being faithful will be that he becomes less talkative and seems lost in thought. Many men feel a strong sense of guilt when they have wandered outside the marriage for intimacy. Although you can ask him what’s on his mind, don’t be at all surprised if he says it’s nothing at all.
It is very difficult for anyone to come to terms with the fact that her husband is cheating on her. No matter how difficult they become the is important that you get to the bottom of the problem and confront your husband. You need to either fix the broken relationship or move on.
