I haven’t found a free service that will let you access both cellphone and residential phone information. What you need to remember here is that the paid reverse phone lookup services charge a fee for a reason, that is to legally access extensive databases. Most of these services will offer a money back guarantee so you can be sure they are not trying to scam you.
There are many different reasons for wanting to run a reverse phone number lookup, from checking up on her cheating husband, to carrying out a background check on a new babysitter. Whatever you need it for they are a very useful tool that will become even more important in the future.
